The NTF Medication Record Book is the only publication which meets the criteria set by the British Horseracing Authority for recording treatment administered to a horse under the care of a racehorse trainer.

It records the following information:-

• Date of commencement and prescribed duration of a treatment
• Name of the horse
• Name of a treatment used
• Route and dosage per day of a treatment
• Name of the person administering a treatment
• Name of the person authorising or prescribing a treatment

The cost to a non-member of the NTF is £16.00 each (inc VAT and Postage).
